the addams family title sequence 

The Addams Family as a show is very pointed on sticking with your family, even if the family dynamics are a little different than most, so I chose to take the titles in that direction and base it around family trees. The literal Addams tree is gnarled and thorny, and the picture frame imagery is inspired by tarot card styles.

Here are my favorite tarot cards I drew for the family. I got the idea from the show itself as Grandmama sometimes (badly) tells fortunes. Each one references the character's actions, like how Fester can generate electricity from his mouth, Morticia cuts the heads off of flowers, and Gomez collects swords.
